We are constantly growing and developing, which means our team is looking for new talents. We are currently actively seeking an Early Childhood Development Specialist to lead group classes for children aged 1 to 4 years old.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for an Early Childhood Development Specialist, someone who will share our mission and become an important part of our friendly team. The following qualities and experience are important to us:

Experience working with young children: The main thing is a genuine love for little ones and the ability to find an individual approach to each child, creating a comfortable and stimulating environment for them.
Deep knowledge of child development: It's important to understand the age-specific characteristics of early childhood development and to be ready to apply modern, effective methodologies in your work.
Fluent in languages: Fluent command of both Russian and Hebrew is a mandatory requirement, as classes in our groups are conducted in both languages.
Active and creative: Our classes are dynamic and interactive. We are looking for a specialist capable of conducting engaging lessons that stimulate the development of gross and fine motor skills, coordination, sense of rhythm, and other key abilities.
Desire to grow: We value a commitment to continuous learning and a willingness to explore new approaches and methodologies in the field of child development.
